Finely chop a bunch of parsley and pour a glass of boiling water over it. Put on low heat and cook the broth for about 15 minutes. Cool, strain and pour into moulds. You can use fresh parsley, chopped in a blender.

From aloe

To prepare, cut a leaf from the plant and put it in the refrigerator for a week. Then squeeze the juice and boil the chamomile infusion.

To do this, pour a spoonful of herbs with half a glass of boiling water and let it brew for about an hour. Strain and mix the broth with the juice one by one. Freeze and use daily.
